PCB Connectors with Color and Keying
The Power Key product line features wire-to-board connectors designed to optimize contact seating and prevent assembly challenges caused by mis-mating and wire entanglement. The connectors feature internal locking levers and optional terminal position assurance (TPA) devices to ensure contacts are seated and do not disengage. Power Key connectors support efficient assembly with multiple color and physical keying options to prevent mis-mating, as well as housing lances to avoid tangled wires. For printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, Power Key headers are designed to release bubbles created by the PCB potting process. These connectors are commonly used in appliances, retail equipment, and power systems.
